S’mores Snack Mix (Puppy Chow)

 

1 (16oz) box Golden Grahams

1 (10oz) bag mini marshmallows, cold

4 cups milk chocolate chips (almost a whole 23 oz bag)

2 ½- 3 ½ cups powdered sugar

1. Melt chocolate chips

2. In a VERY large bowl… pour ¾ of melted chocolate over Golden Grahams, stir until they’re covered

3. Add the mini marshmallows, stir, add the remaining melted chocolate, stir until all the Golden Grahams & mini marshmallows are covered

4. Scoop half of the mix into a gallon sized Ziploc bag, then toss in 1 ½ cups powdered sugar, shake to coat

5. Repeat with a second Ziploc bag and the remaining snack mix.

6. Allow the chocolate to harden… then try to contain yourself and not eat the whole bag
