Stuffed Shells

Adapted from Cravings Of A Lunatic- makes 15

15 Jumbo pasta shells
1 (24oz) jar spaghetti sauce (Prego Heart Smart Red Pepper & Garlic)
8 oz RF ricotta cheese
8 oz RF shredded mozzarella cheese

 
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, lightly grease an 8×8 baking dish
2. Boil large pot of water, then cook shell for about 6 minutes (not all the way, they’ll soften more in the oven), Rinse the shells in cool water
3. Pour half jar of sauce into the bottom of your baking dish
4. Combine ricotta & ¾ mozzarella
5. Then use a spoon to stuff the cheese mixture into the shells
6. Put them into the baking dish, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the shells, then pour the rest of the spaghetti sauce over top
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes
114 calories per stuffed shell
