- Cut bread into 1 inch chunks
- In a large bowl whisk eggs, milk, and cinnamon/ sugar together
- Add the bread chunks to the bowl and toss to coat them in the egg mixture
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and lightly grease a 9×13 casserole dish
- Combine light brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon, then use a fork to cut in the butter until it’s crumbly
- Spread the bread chunks into the pan, sprinkle with the topping
- Bake for 30 minutes, or until bread reaches desired “doneness”
