- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
- Beat butter, brown sugar, ½ cup granulated sugar, and ¼ cup peanut butter together until well combined
- Add egg, milk and vanilla, beat well
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda together
- Gradually add whisked dry ingredients to wet, beat/ stir using mixer until impossible, then continue by hand
- Form chocolate dough into 32 balls, and set aside
- Combine ¾ cup powdered sugar and ½ cup peanut butter, form into 32 balls
- Slightly flatten chocolate dough ball, then wrap around peanut butter dough, roll into a ball
- Flatten ball slightly with the bottom of a glass dipped in the ¼ cup of granulated sugar
- Bake for 8 minutes, or until dough is set & tops are slightly cracked
