Cordon Blue

Chicken Casserole
 
8 skinless, trimmed chicken breast halves
8 slices of ham
8 slices of swiss cheese
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup white wine
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 packet of stuffing mix (I used the StoveTop brand, I think it came with 4 packets per box)
     lightly grease a 9×13 pan (I suggest a casserole dish)
     place chicken in pan
     Layer with ham, then swiss.
     In medium bowl mix soup, sour cream, wine, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
     Pour mixture over chicken
     Top with dry stuffing
     Bake @ 350 degrees F for 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
 
The condensed cream of chicken soup could be replaced with cream of mushroom…
