Slightly Better For You Than Regular Mozzarella Sticks

Barely adapted from Heathers French Press
12 RF Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks, frozen
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup panko bread crumbs
2 teaspoons RF grated parmesan cheese
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, line a baking sheet with foil and grease lightly
2. Combine panko breadcrumbs & parmesan cheese on a shallow dish
3. Pour egg on another shallow dish, and flour on a third shallow dish
4. Dip frozen cheese stick in egg, then roll in flour
5. Dip in the egg again, then roll in breadcrumbs
6. Bake for 4 minutes, then turn and bake for 4-5 more until they’re light golden brown
80 calories per cheesestick
