Caramel Popcorn Bars

Makes 20. Inspired by Part Time Housewife
 
15 mini Reese’s cups, quartered
20 mini Rolo’s
1 ¼ cup Reese’s Pieces, separated
2 (10 oz each) family sized boxes of Caramel Crunch ‘N Munch
1 (10 oz) bag marshmallows
4 tablespoons butter
¼ cup milk chocolate chips
+/- 4  oz white chocolate
  1. Grease a 9×13 pan & preheat oven to 250 degrees F
  2. In a large pot melt butter on low heat, then add marshmallows, stir until melted
  3. Dump one box of Crunch N Much in a (very) large bowl, pour half melted marshmallow over it, add ½ c Reese’s Pieces, and stir
  4. Repeat step 3, making sure all of the Crunch N Much is coated with melted marshmallows
  5. Press into the greased pan, sprinkle with Reese’s Cups & Rolos, place in the oven for about 2-4 minutes, or until the Reese’s & Rolos are slightly melted
  6. Melt chocolate chips, drizzle over popcorn
  7. Sprinkle with remaining Reese’s Pieces
  8. Cover & store in fridge until the chocolate hardens
  9. Cut into 20 pieces
