Baked “Pita” Chips

6 whole wheat flatbreads (I used Flat Out brand)
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F, lightly grease cookie sheets
2. Combine olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper, then brush on flat breads
3. Cut each flat bread into the desired number of chips
4. Place in a single layer on the cookie sheets, bake for approx. 5 minutes or until browned & crispy
