PB&J Quick Fudge

Adapted from Inside Bru Crew Life.
Makes 64 pieces.
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 (12 oz) container strawberry frosting
14 snack sized Reese’s Cups, chopped coarse
1. Microwave white chocolate chips & butter in 30 second intervals, until almost melted
2. Microwave the frosting for 1 minute
3. Mix semi melted white chocolate chips & frosting, microwave for 30 seconds, stir until smooth and well combined
4. Pour into an 8×8 pan lined with tin foil
5. Sprinkle with chopped Reese’s Cups
6. Let set (in the fridge) until firm, then cut into pieces
