- Cream margarine & brown sugar
- Alternate adding condensed milk and flour until incorporated
- Stir in mini chocolate chips, candy canes, and Andes
- Chill for an hour
- Roll into tablespoon sized balls
- Freeze overnight (optional)
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips, dip cookie dough balls into slightly cooled melted chocolate
- Allow to set, store in the fridge, serve cold
