Chicken & Broccoli Cheesey Casserole

Makes 6 servings
 
8 oz wheat pasta shells, cooked al dente
8 oz chicken breast, cooked & diced
5oz broccoli florets
1 (8oz) bag reduced fat shredded cheddar
6oz reduced fat mozzarella, shredded
1 (8oz) container low fat sour cream
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 cup Chipotle seasonings Panko breadcrumbs
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, lightly grease a 9×13 casserole dish
2. Stir pasta shells, chicken, broccoli, shredded cheddar, shredded mozzarella, and sour cream together in the casserole dish
3. Sprinkle breadcrumbs & parmesan over the top
4. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until cheese is melted & breadcrumbs are golden brown
