Southern Yank Pulled Pork BBQ

1 cup Budwiser BBQ sauce
3/4 cup Ketchup
1 1/2 cups chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup water
3 cloves minced garlic
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 tablespoon tabasco
1 (4.5 lb) pork shoulder roast
  1. mix all ingredients, except pork
  2. pour mixture in slow cooker, place pork in slow cooker, spoon mixture over pork
  3. cook on low for 6 hours, shred meat, cook for 1-2 more hours.
