- pre-heat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9×13 pan
- mix ingredients, spread in pan.
- bake for 30 min, or until top is dry and edges pull away.
- cool completely on wire rack.
- mix milk, Bailey’s, and coffee, and vanilla in a small bowl
- beat butter and 1/2 powdered sugar until smooth.
- gradually add 1/2 of Bailey’s mixture, beat.
- add remaining powdered sugar, beat, add remaining Bailey’s, beat until smooth.
- spread over completely cooled brownies, sprinkle with toffee.
