BBQ Chicken Pizza w/ Homemade Pizza Dough

Dough from The Pioneer Woman Cooks (Ree Drummond)
 
Pizza Crust Dough– makes 2
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup light olive oil + a little extra for the bowl
1 ½ cups warm water
1. Pour warm water into a bowl, then sprinkle the yeast on top
2. Combine flour & salt in the bowl of an electric mixer
3. On low speed, drizzle the oil in until it’s just combined
4. Stir the yeast, then (with the dough hook attachment) on low speed drizzle the yeast/ water mixture into the flour until a ball forms
5. LIGHTLY drizzle some more oil in the bottom of another bowl, then toss the dough gently until it’s coated with oil
6. Cover with a damp cloth and allow to rise for 1-2 hours
7. Divide in half
Calories- 1180 per crust
 
BBQ Chicken Pizza– makes 8 servings
1 lb chicken breast, cooked and diced
6.5 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
¾ cup KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce (Hickory Brown Sugar flavor)
1. Lightly grease a baking sheet or pizza pan
2. Stretch dough out to desired thickness
3. Spread on the BBQ sauce, then the chicken, then the cheese
4. Bake at 475 degrees F for 12-16 minutes, or until crust is baked and cheese is melted
Calories- 2540 per pizza, cut into 8 slices= 317.5 cals per slice
