- In a heavy sauce pan over medium heat, bring butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and condensed milk to a boil, stirring
- Stir in heavy cream and attach candy thermometer
- Stirring constantly, keep on medium heat until mixture reaches 238 degrees F/ soft ball stage
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla & salt
- Transfer to a heat safe container to cool

1 cup unsalted butter, cut in to chunks
2 cups packed light brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
