- in a small bowl pour Jager & schnapps over cranberries, making sure to cover them all. “Soak” for at least 1 hour.
- drain, and chop cranberries, set aside
- +/- save leftover juice to “wash” your cupcakes in after you bake them!
- whisk cake mix, pudding, sugar together
- add wet ingredients, beat for approx 3 minutes or until well combined
- fold in chopped cranberries
- divide into lined cupcake tins, and bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes
- combine Jagermeister, peach schnapps, and cranberry juice
- beat butter until creamy
- add 2 cups powdered sugar, beat until combined
- alternate adding Jager mixture and remaining powdered sugar, beat until well combined
- +/- add in food coloring, stir or beat on low until JUST incorporated
