Roasted Potatoes

1 ½ lbs red potatoes, cut into chunks
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon honey
1 ½ teaspoons Lawry’s seasoning salt
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1. Coat a 8×8 pan with cooking spray, preheat oven to 450 degrees F
2. Melt butter & honey in microwave, the n pour over potatoes
3. Sprinkle seasoning salt, salt, garlic powder, and pepper on potatoes
4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender and golden brown, stir halfway thru cooking time.
