Beef Stew

 

1 & 1/2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed

1/2 lb sausage, sliced

1 onion, chopped

3 medium potatoes, cubed

5 carrots, cubed

1 can (28 0z) bbq baked beans

     Place meat, sausage, onion, carrots & potatoes into crock pot

     Spoon beans over mixture

     Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours

     Stir occasionally, if you’re around to do it!

 

The great thing about this stew is you can make as much as will fit in the crock pot, or less if you want!

I made it for my husbands family, and it was hearty enough to be a meal!

Don’t forget the crock pot liner, it’ll make this meal even easier.
