Shredded Fiesta Chicken (Slow Cooker)

Adapted from Cookies & Cup
2 lbs chicken breast halves
1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (14oz) can diced tomatoes w/ red peppers
2 (8.75oz) cans corn, drained
1 (15oz) can light red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker
2. Cover & cook for 4-5 hours on high, or 8 hours on low
3. Shred & serve
