S’mores Brownies

Pinnacle Whipped Vodka brownies on a  graham cracker crust, topped with mini marshmallows chocolate chips and Teddy Grahams.
Cinnamon Graham Cracker “Crust”
1 1/2 cups cinnamon graham crackers, crushed
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  1. combine crumbs and sugar
  2. add butter, mix well
  3. chill while making brownie batter
Vodka Brownies
1/2 cup unsalted butter
12 oz semi sweet chocolate
1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
for Topping
3 cups mini marshmallows
approx 1/2 chocolate chips
approx 1/2 cup cinnamon Teddy Grahams
+/- more vodka for brushing
  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9×13 baking dish with foil, lightly grease the edges that aren’t covered with foil.
  2. melt butter and chocolate over lowest possible heat, until completely melted and smooth, stir continuously
  3. whisk sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt together
  4. beat in remaining ingredients (including chocolate mixture), until smooth
  5. spread graham crackers on the bottom of the lined pan, pour batter over graham cracker crust slowly
  6. bake for 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out mostly clean
  7. remove pan from oven and set BROILER to LOW
  8. poke holes in the brownies and brush with more vodka (optional)
  9. sprinkle marshmallows, chocolate chips, and Teddy Grahams on top of brownies
  10. broil for 1-2 minutes… watch carefully or your marshmallows will burn!
