Grand Marnier Brownies

 
1/2 cup butter
12 oz semi sweet chocolate
1 & 2/3 cups sugar
1 & 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Grand Marnier
     Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
     Heat butter & chocolate in saucepan; stir constantly until melted
     Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth
     Spread in 9×9 pan
     Bake until center is set (approx. 30 minutes)
     +/- white chocolate drizzle (microwave 1 cup white chocolate chips in 30 second increments until melted, then drizzle.)
 
I used a dark nonstick pan and they ended up taking almost 40 minutes!
I also found that they tasted better after they completely cooled… not so sure about that, tho…
