Jager Bomb Whoopie Pies

Jager & Honey Cakes filled with Jager & Red Bull Cream. Makes 9 large pies AND 24 small pies.
 
Jager Whoopies
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground cloves
½ teaspoon salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
1 cup packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup honey
½ cup Jager
¾ cup HOT water
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, grease AND flour whoopie pie pans
2. Whisk flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt together, set aside
3. Cream butter & light brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 1-2 minutes
4. Beat in eggs one at a time, the beat in the honey & Jager
5. With a wooden spoon stir in the flour mixture until just incorporated, stir in the hot water until well combined
6. For the large whoopie pie pan: use about 1 ½ tablespoon full of batter in each cavity and bake for around 15 minutes. For bite-sized whoopies use about ½ tablespoon and bake for around 8 minutes
7. Allow whoopies to cool in the pan on a wire rack for 15 minutes, loosen edges w/ a plastic knife
8. Fill w/ Jager Bomb Filling (recipe below)
 
Jager Bomb Filling
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup marshmallow crème (Fluff)
2 tablespoons Red Bull
1 tablespoon Jager
1. Beat butter until light & fluffy
2. Gradually add 1 cup powdered sugar, beat until combined
3. Add Red Bull & Jager, beat
4. Add remaining powdered sugar, beat until combined
5. Stir in marshmallow crème
