Nutella Energy Bites

Adapted from Food Doodles
 
1 cup Nutella
2/3 cup honey
2 cups quick oats
2 cups Rice Krispies
2 teaspoons vanilla
Pinch salt
½ cup mini chocolate chips
2/3 cup dried cranberries
  1. Stir Nutella, honey, vanilla, and salt together
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine
  3. Chill for 30 minutes, then roll into balls (I got 54, they were about 1 ½ tablespoon each)
 
3864 calories total… 3864/54= 71.5 calories each!
