Ziploc Cupcakes

 w/ Redbull Buttercream Frosting

 

CAKE

1 box white cake mix

1 box vanilla pudding

4 eggs

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup Blue Curacao

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon orange extract

     MIX all ingredients. Beat on MEDIUM speed until smooth. batter will be thicker than a “normal” box mix. BAKE at 350 degrees, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

 

FROSTING

12 tablespoons unsalted butter

2-3 cups powdered sugar

1/4 cup Redbull

     Cream the butter. Add half of the Redbull. Gradually add powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time. Add remaining Redbull for flavor/ consistency as desired.
