Red Velvet Snickers Brownies

adapted from Tuesday Night Boyfriend. Makes a 9×13 pan
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1 ½ cups white sugar
1 ½ cups brown sugar
4 eggs, room temperature
1 bottle liquid red food coloring
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 ½ cups all purpose flour
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 (11oz) bag fun sized snickers, unwrapped, cut in half, frozen
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish
2. Beat butter and both kinds of sugar together until light and fluffy
3. Beat in eggs one at a time
4. Combined food coloring, milk, and vanilla, then beat into the butter/ sugar mixture until well mixed
5. Whisk flour, cocoa, and salt together, then gradually add to the wet ingredients, beat until well combined
6. Stir in frozen Snickers and chocolate chips
7. Spread mixture into pan and bake for about 35 minutes, or until top is set and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out mostly clean
8. cool completely, cut into squares to serve
