Slow Cooker Veggie Beef Soup

1 ¼ lbs beef top round steaks, cut into chunks
4 cups water
1 packet onion soup mix
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (16oz) bag frozen mixed veggies
24 oz baby gold potatoes
1. Brown beef in a skillet, drain fat
2. Add water, onion soup, bouillon, and garlic to the slow cooker, stir to combine
3. Stir in UNDRAINED diced tomatoes, frozen veggies, potatoes, and beef chunks
4. Cook on high for 4-5 hours, or low for 8-10.
 
1640 calories total, makes approx 10 cups
