Extra Special Peanut Butter Banana Bread Muffins

Peanut Butter Banana Bread with mini Reeses Cups, peanut butter chips, AND chocolate chips.
 
makes approx. 24 muffins

4 ripe bananas, mashed
¾ cup peanut butte
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¾ cup packed light brown sugar
½ cup peanut butter chips
½ cup chocolate chips
1 (8oz) bag mini Reeses Cups (the unwrapped ones)
+/- melted pb chips & melted chocolate chips for topping
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F, line muffin tin with paper liners
2. Stir mashed bananas, butter, and peanut butter until well combined
3. Beat in egg and vanilla, until just combined
4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt together
5. Gradually add flour mixture to mashed banana mixture, until combined
6. Stir in chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and mini Reeses
7. Portion into muffin tins, bake for about 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out without crumbs.
