Baked Chicken Wings w/ JD Marinade or Garlic Pepper Sauce

Jack Daniels Marinade
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
¼ cup Jack Daniels
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1. Combine all ingredients
2. Marinate chicken (or pork, or beef) in a Ziploc bag for 4 hours (or overnight)
Maple Whiskey Garlic Pepper Wing Sauce
¼ cup garlic pepper hot sauce
¼ cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon Jack Daniels
1. Combine all ingredients
2. Toss wings in sauce

Baked Chicken Wings
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2. Separate wing sections, discard tips (if you didn’t do it already)
3. Cover a broiling pan (or shallow roasting pan) in foil, lightly grease it
4. Arrange wing sections so that they’re not touching on the pan
5. Bake for 45-60 minutes, or until they reach an internal temp of 165 degrees F, flipping halfway through
