Marshmallow Fondant

4 cups mini marshmallows
4 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons COLD water
  1. microwave marshmallows and water in large bowl for one minute
  2. stir until melted/ smooth
  3. add powdered sugar stir until impossible to continue, will be sticky and/or lumpy
  4. knead until it’s not sticky, and every thing is combined
  5. roll into a ball, add color
  6. in small parts roll out (to 1/4 inch or 1/8 ich thickness) on a surface lightly dusted with powdered sugar
  7. drape over item to be covered, smooth, then trim edges and smooth onto the bottom
