Goldshlager Truffles

Makes 42
40 Nila Wafers, crushed fine
26 (1 package) Vienna Finger cookies, crushed fine
1 cup powdered sugar
5 tablespoons Goldshlager
4 tablespoons light corn syrup
4 oz cinnamon imperials candies
+/- melted chocolate or candy melts for covering
1. Combine Nila Wafers, Vienna Fingers, and powdered sugar
2. Then stir Goldshlager & corn syrup into dry mixture until well combined
3. Stir in cinnamon imperials until evenly distributed through the mixture
4. Use a 1 ½ inch cookie scoop and form into 42 balls
5. Freeze for at least 30 minutes, then dip the balls in chocolate or candy melts
6. Allow to set… then try not to eat
