Bacon & Jalapeno Cheddar Stuffed Turkey Burgers

1 lb lean ground turkey
½ cup chipotle seasoned panko breadcrumbs
1 egg, lightly beaten
4 ½ oz Lite Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese, cut into small cubes
3 tablespoons bacon bits
1. Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, and eggs, mix until well combined
2. Fold in cheese cubes and bacon bits
3. Divide into 4 evenly sized patties and cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and juices run clear
 
Makes 4 burgers, 262.5 per burger, 1050 calories total
