- Melt butter
- Add Bailey’s & powder sugar, whisk until smooth
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Whisk the cream, egg, & Bailey’s together
- Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt together
- Add butter to dry ingredients, and mix on LOW until butter chunks are gone, and the texture is crumb like
- Add wet ingredients and mix on medium speed until JUST blended
- Flour hands & countertops, then knead chocolate chips into
- Shape dough into 2 equal sized balls, shape each ball into a circle, cut each circle into 8 wedges
- Bake for approx. 12 minutes
- Cool slightly and top with Bailey’s Glaze

Bailey’s Scones– makes 16
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1 egg
½ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons Bailey’s
½ bag chocolate chips
¼ bag white chocolate chips
Bailey’s Glaze
2 tablespoons Bailey’s
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
½ cup powdered sugar
