Sour Cream & Panko (and some other stuff) Baked Chicken Breasts

1 cup lite sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried celery flakes
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
2 chicken breasts (1.25lbs total)
¾ cup Rice Krispies, crushed
¼ cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons grated parmesan
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  1. Combine first 7 ingredients, stir
  2. Pour over chicken breasts, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  4. Combine crushed Rice Krispies, panko, and parmesan, then roll the chicken breasts in it
  5. Transfer chicken to a baking dish, then combine melted butter and oil and pour that over the chicken
  6. Bake until the chicken juices run clear (about 35-40 minutes), or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
