Moscato White Chocolate Blondies

Makes 24 bars or 48 bite sized pieces
Adapted from Boozy Baker Cookbook
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
2 cups packed light brown sugar
2 eggs
½ cup Moscato wine
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, line a 9X13 baking pan with parchment paper, lightly grease & flour it
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together
  3. In a stand mixer beat butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes)
  4. Beat in eggs, one at a time
  5. Alternate adding flour mixture & wine to the butter/ brown sugar, starting and ending with flour, beating until just combined
  6. stir in white chocolate chips and walnuts
  7. Spread into prepared pan, then bake for 30-40 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and the middle is set
  8. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack, then cut into 24 bars (or 48 bite size pieces)
  9. Frost with
White Chocolate Moscato “Frosting”
¾ cup white chocolate chips, melted
2 teaspoons Moscato
  1. Stir together ingredients, then spread onto cooled Blondies
