Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
4 teaspoons grated parmesan
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or spray w/ Pam)
2. Cut cauliflower into large chunks
3. In a large Ziploc bag combine all ingredients, shake to coat the cauliflower evenly
4. Turn out into a single layer on the baking sheet, bake for 10 minutes, stir, bake for another 5-10minutes until cauliflower is desired tenderness
5. Switch oven heat to High Broil, and cook for another 10 minutes, or until golden brown
