Beef Stroganoff

12 oz sirloin steak, sliced thin or cut into bite sized chunks
8 oz sour cream
2 tablespoons flour
½ cup water
½ teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
2 cups sliced Bella mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
2-3 cups egg noodles, cooked
1. Stir sour cream and flour together, then stir in bouillon, ½ cup water, and ½ teaspoon pepper. Set aside
2. In a skillet over med-high heat cook meat, onion, mushrooms, and garlic in butter for 5 minutes or until meat reaches desired “doneness”, drain fat
3. Stir in sour cream mixture, cook until thickened, then for one minute longer, stirring constantly
4. Serve over noodles
