Redbull cupcakes with Jager filling & Redbull buttercream frosting
12 tablespoons softened butter (unsalted)
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 eggs @ room temp
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup whole milk
1/2 cup RedBull
1/4 cup Jager
1/4 cup softened butter (unsalted)
1/2 lb powdered sugar
3 tablespoons Jager
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
pre-heat oven to 350 F
in a large bowl beat butter and sugar until fluffy
beat in eggs, one at a time
beat in vanilla
sift flour, salt, and baking powder together in a separate bowl
mix Jager, RedBull and milk together
alternate adding dry and wet ingredients to the butter/ sugar/ egg mixture
bake for 20-22 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean

1 lb powdered sugar
6 tablespoons Redbull
add 1/2 of the powdered sugar, beat
add vanilla and 1/2 of the Jager, beat until blended.
add remaining powdered sugar and Jager, beat until smooth.

add 1/4 of the powdered sugar, beat
add 1/4 of the RedBull, beat until blended.
alternate gradually adding remaining powdered sugar and RedBull, beat until smooth.
